Bookings

Bookings can be made online, by phone or at the front desk. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment. If you arrive late we may need to shorten your treatment so the next guest is not delayed, and the full price still applies.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your visit. Later changes are charged at 50 percent of the treatment price, and missed appointments are charged in full.

Health and safety

Tell us about injuries, pregnancy, allergies or medical conditions when you book. Our therapists may adjust or decline a treatment if it is not safe for you.

Gift cards and packages

Gift cards and package credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash, but unused value can be moved to another treatment.

Memberships

Memberships renew every month. You can pause once a year for up to two months, or cancel any time with 30 days notice.

Payments

We accept cards, MB Way and cash. Prices are shown in US dollars on this website and include VAT.
