Who we are

Spavelly is a day spa and massage studio at Rua das Flores 24, Lisbon. This policy explains how we collect and use your personal data when you visit our website, book a treatment or join our newsletter.

What we collect

When you book or contact us we collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred date and the treatment you choose. If you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email address only.

Health information

Before your first treatment we ask a few health questions, for example about injuries, pregnancy or allergies. We use this only to keep you safe and adjust your treatment, and we never share it with anyone outside our team.

How we use your data

We use your details to confirm and manage bookings, answer your questions, send reminders and, if you agreed, send our monthly newsletter. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising by third parties.

Who we share it with

We share data only with services that help us run the spa, such as our booking system, email provider and payment processor. Each of them handles your data under a data processing agreement.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for up to three years. Newsletter data is deleted as soon as you unsubscribe. Health forms are deleted after two years without a visit.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time, or object to how we use it. You can also file a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD.
